Yucatan Charlie…..the name doesn’t leave much to describe.
This is a yucatan fly for small tarpon & bonefish. It is a variation of the classic “Crazy Charlie” used so sucessfully in the Bahamas for Bonefish. This is the brightly colored Mexican version using estaz for the body wrap instead of the traditional v-rib or nylon.
An easy tie and a very productive bonefish pattern on a #4 hook
